With the help of the self-guided tour booklet (in FR, EN, NL and DE) and the riddle game, discover the castrum and its viewpoints. During the holiday period, numerous "Naturally medieval" activities and guided tours are offered. Pushchairs not recommended. Very difficult access for people with reduced mobility. Escorailles

Escorailles is a small commune of 78 inhabitants located halfway between Pleaux and Mauriac, 15 km from Salers. It enjoys a splendid view of the Cantal mountains thanks to the large scree slope leading directly down to the Auze gorges.
