Saint-Martin-Cantalès
Saint-Martin-Cantalès is a commune with 156 inhabitants covering an area of 19.59km². It is bordered to the north by the Maronne river, to the west by its tributary the Etze, and to the south by the Bertrande, a tributary of the Etze, all at an average altitude of 580m. Saint-Martin-Cantalès, between the Maronne and Bertrande gorges, lies on schist partly covered by a lava flow. The main activity here is farming (meat and milk production).
