Saint-Christophe-les-Gorges was the seat of an important castellany known as the barony of Saint-Christophe. The castellany of Saint-Christophe was therefore very important and extended over the parishes of Saint-Christophe, Sainte-Eulalie, Saint-Martin-Cantalès, Loupiac, Barriac and Pleaux. All that remains of the village's two castles is the chapel of the lower castle, where pilgrims venerate the Black Madonna and Child. Behind the massive Romanesque church of Saint-Christophe are two magnificent 13th-century crosses. Village hall: disabled access. Prices: 100€ - Table-ware: 30€ - Cleaning fee: 30€. Deposit: €300.
