Former school renovated in 2021 transformed into 2 gites and a village hall , situated in a hamlet near Salers, at an altitude of 800 meters, in the Regional Country Park of the Auvergne Volcanoes.

On the ground floor : living-room with a wood stove, tv, dvd player, dining-room with a kitchen area, one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), a bathroom with a lavatory, toilets. On the first floor : one bedroom with a double bed (160x200), one bedroom with 3 single beds, one bedroom with one single bed, one bedroom for a baby (baby's furniture is provided), a bathroom with lavatory, games room.
Private unclosed yard (700m²) with garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue.

Electric heating (according to your consumption) - All inclusive prices in high season. Cleaning guarantee : 80€.
