10km from Salers, this charming gite is located in the yard of the family home dated from the end of the 19th century. Little barn full of character from 1880 entirely renovated in 2021. For 6 people max.

A roof coverd in slate, visible framework and stones, a large volume of the house, a carefully attention was paid to the harmony of the colours, the choice of the materials, mixing old and modern.

On the ground floor : a spacious living and dining-room with a relax area (tv, sofa) and a fully equiped kitchen - one bedroom with a double bed (140) - one bedroom with two single beds (90) or one double bed (180) - a shower-room with a walk-in shower - toilet. Mezzanine : one bedroom with two single beds (90), for children from 10 years old.
Private and closed yard (500m²) with a garden furniture and a barbecue.

Independent entrance - wifi access - sheets are provided and beds are made at your arrival - on request : cleaning service and hand towel renting.
Ideal situation : near Salers, Aurillac, Mauriac, the Cantal mountains (Puy Violent, Col de Legal, Puy Mary), hiking paths, mountain bike tours, fishing spots - shops and services in the village : grocer's, tobacconist's, newspapers, chemist's, municipal swimming-pool and tennis court.
