"Explorer Tour" at the Gouffre de Padirac

Description

For one evening, experience the incredible underground adventure of the Padirac Chasm, as Edouard-Alfred Martel experienced it in 1889, during his first descent into what was then called the "Devil’s Hole". Visit in French only.

Lit by the lantern, you will feel the Abyss fully in silence, darkness, freshness.
The evening begins at 7:30 pm with a festive buffet dinner at the Auberge du Gouffre.

PLEASE NOTE: part of the route is in very poor visibility (candlelight) and there are around a hundred steps that must be climbed.
